I’m sure you’ve gotten emails from scammers who have tried to trick you into sending them your money or personal information (including things like your social security number, bank account number, or credit card number). It happens so frequently. I think we’ve all gotten used to it.
I always delete their emails without responding. But I know that there are other people who enjoy messing around with the scammers by responding to their emails and making their own ridiculous requests. It’s an effective technique. Scammers will eventually give up if you’re more persistent and annoying than they are. But I would never have the time or energy to do it myself.
