Follow these steps to read up on records retention.


1. Type into a browser bar.

2. Type record retention in the Search field.

3. Click Search.


4. Double-click the Records Retention link (with Policy & Procedure Manual below it).


5. Click the links and start learning!

Which document is attached correctly?


If you see a filename under Title and the name of the uploader under Creator Name, the person who uploaded the file used Create Attachment (wrong!) instead of Store Business Document (right!).
